$120 per session

These sessions invite deep relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system—where rest, healing, and recalibration naturally take place.

  • Bowen Therapy uses soft, targeted movements across the fascia to release tension, ease pain, and restore alignment.
  • Sound Therapy incorporates vibrational frequencies to calm the mind and support emotional balance.

Used alongside Pilates, these therapies release holding patterns, improve posture, support nervous system regulation, and deepen the body–mind–spirit connection.

Flower Essence Therapy

$100 per session

As a practitioner with a background in trauma counselling and body-based psychotherapies, I’ve seen how emotional experiences are stored in the body. Pilates often helps begin that release.

Flower essences are gentle, vibrational remedies that support this emotional and energetic release. They help by:

  • Calming the nervous system
  • Enhancing clarity and self-awareness
  • Supporting emotional shifts with confidence and ease

These non-invasive supports complement your wellness journey—helping you feel grounded and supported.
